Chocolate heaven looks like this….

That is what chocolate heaven looks like.

My grandmother used to make these cookies at the holidays, winter ones. I would eat them till I was literally sick to my stomach.

The best way to describe them if you have never had them is brownie meets cookie in a powered sugar explosion!

They are best when they are warm because they melt in your mouth! Oh, heaven you taste so wonderful!

Of, course I am not giving you my grandmother’s recipe but I’ll give you a close one.

I never use nuts so mine are made nutless. See, you thought squirrels liked nuts. WRONG!

Every time I make these cookies I sing this song:

Chocolate cookie, chocolate cookie, chocolate cookie, yum, yum, yum.

Chocolate cookie, chocolate cookie, chocolate cookie, yum, yum, yum.

An Oreo, a Chocolate Oreo. I love eat the center of a chocolate Oreo.
